SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messaging communications from Riverside Transport Inc. (“Riverside,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By opting in, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the related Privacy Policy.

  1. SMS Consent Communication
    Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information obtained through the SMS consent process will not be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Any disclosure is limited to service providers that assist Riverside in delivering SMS communications and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
  2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
    By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Riverside regarding employment opportunities, recruiting activities, application status updates, orientation scheduling, customer service communications, account-related notifications, and other information related to your interactions with Riverside.
  3. Voluntary Participation
    Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services, applying for employment, or conducting business with Riverside. You may decline SMS communications by not selecting the SMS consent option on a form.
  4. Types of SMS Communications
    If you consent to receive text messages, messages may include conversational communications and information related to employment, recruiting, applications, orientation, customer service, accounts, and your other interactions with Riverside.
  5. Message Frequency
    Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your interactions with Riverside. For example, you may receive up to three SMS messages per week related to follow-ups.
  6. Potential Fees
    Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. Charges may vary for domestic and international messaging.
  7. Opt-In Method
    You may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing a Riverside contact form or application and affirmatively selecting the applicable SMS consent option.

  8. Opt-Out Method
    You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. You may also contact Riverside directly and request removal from the messaging list.
  9. Re-Enrollment After Opt-Out
    After you opt out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt back in by replying START or otherwise provide new consent.

  11. Carrier Disclaimer
    Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  12. Changes to These Terms
    Riverside reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated terms on its website. Changes will become effective upon posting. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
