Riverside Transport Inc., including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated entities (collectively, “Company,” “we,” or “our”), provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information obtained through our website, digital services, products, employment and independent contractor opportunities, and related interactions.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described below. We may update this Privacy Policy by posting changes on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits California residents to request, once each year and free of charge, information about personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Requests may be submitted to Riverside using the contact information at the end of this policy.

You may request to stop receiving certain communications by contacting Company. Company does not sell or share email addresses with other companies for their marketing purposes.

Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive SMS communications, Company may send messages regarding employment opportunities, recruiting activities, application status updates, orientation scheduling, customer service communications, account-related notifications, and other information related to your interactions with Company. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP. Company will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing is limited to service providers that assist Company in delivering SMS communications and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. 6. Information We May Share

Company may combine information in aggregate form and provide aggregate information, not information that identifies you personally, to business partners to improve products, services, or employment opportunities. Company may share personal information with corporate affiliates or service providers when needed to fulfill requests, operate the business, analyze or improve communications, process employment information, or deliver services, subject to their obligation to use the information for Company purposes and protect it.

Information may also be disclosed in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale; to comply with law, regulation, legal process, law enforcement, fraud prevention, identity verification, or safety needs; to enforce agreements or protect Company, customers, the public, or property rights; or when you have provided consent. Interactions with social networks or third-party applications may also result in sharing according to those services. Except as described in this policy, Company will not disclose personal information to other third parties without consent.

Protecting Personal Information

Company uses security technologies and procedures intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including third-party providers that process and store employment information. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when submitting personal data. Email and Internet transmission may be insecure, and information may be intercepted, lost, or compromised before reaching Company or a service provider. You may request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable requirements.

7. Information We Do Not Share

Company will not share, sell, or trade personal email addresses collected through a survey. Customer information is stored on systems protected by multiple layers of authentication. Third-party websites, applications, and devices are outside Company control and have separate privacy practices. This Privacy Policy applies to the Company Site and not to independent third-party services.

Children

Company does not knowingly collect personal information from or solicit persons under 13 years of age. Company encourages parents and guardians to supervise children’s Internet use. Users ages 14 through 18 must have parental permission to interact with the Site or digital services.

8. Your Choices

Follow opt-out instructions to stop certain promotional email, newsletter, direct mail, telephone, fax, or message communications.

Company uses managerial and technical measures that it believes are reasonable to protect data and personal information, including when third-party providers process employment information. However, no computer system, Internet transmission, digital communication, mobile device, processing operation, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide personal information at your own risk.

At your written request, Company will use reasonable efforts to delete, destroy, or erase personal data when appropriate, subject to legitimate business needs, regulatory obligations, applicable law, and relevant agreements. Company retains personal information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, a purpose to which you later consented, another legitimate purpose such as regulatory compliance, or as permitted by law.

By submitting personal information, you consent to processing in the United States or another country and to use as described in this policy. If you submit information about another person, you represent that you have permission to do so. Any Company liability and your sole claim for damages for breach, corruption, loss, negligence, or erasure of personal information is limited to one hundred United States dollars or the available insurance coverage for the claim, and Company will have no further liability, subject to applicable law.

Company is not responsible for the practices or content of websites linked to or from the Site. When you follow a link to another website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. Review the privacy policies and terms of the other website before proceeding.

Consent, International Transfers, and Governing Law

By using the Site, you consent to collection and use of personal information as described here. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other countries where privacy laws may differ. By continuing to use the Site from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States. You and Company submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of competent courts in the State of Kansas or the nearest federal court for related matters. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Company may add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy by posting the change on the Site. Changes become effective when posted.
